'Kosteri' is perhaps one of the most attractive of the classic dwarf hinoki cypress. It fairly stable, extremely adaptable, and fairly carefree. 'Kosteri' makes a small compact pyramidal hinoki cypress that may reach 2-3 ft in height and width in 10 years. 'Kosteri' is a great companion plant to Japanese maples, fits in small spaces, and is a great container plant. Make sure to give 'Kosteri' part sun to full sun for best density of the plant.
