'Pastel Splendor' is a unique single peony. The bloom starts in mid-to-late season and is a pastel pink with a red flare in the center and yellow green stamens. Later in the bloom period 'Pastel Splendor' gets a yellow blush in the pastel pink. 'Pastel Splendor' may reach 3 ft in height and width.
